BASTOGNE, “THE ROADS TO FREEDOM”
With this commemorative show produced last winter, Luc PETIT paid a monumental tribute to anonymous people plunged into the maelstrom of the Battle of the Bulge! After 75 years this showdown between Nazi Germany and the Allies, this hymn suspensed and moved 30,000 people, including the last veterans at the foot of the Mardasson memorial in Bastogne.

The show mobilized and deployed the creative potential of all artistic disciplines and involved the local population to immerse the audience in the strategic challenge and the story of feats of arms, before a final bringing together the people in the wake of the fall of the Berlin Wall and the dawn of European integration.

“THE ROADS TO FREEDOM”, because remembering is guaranteeing of the future, because people stop living, when they stop remembering.
